The research and strategic studies at the Lebanese army Center arranged in cooperation with the International Francophone organization and the Lebanese Association for information technology, a seminar entitled: "cyber security need for national security in the officers Club in Yarze on 26 February 2014".

The Seminar was attended by Commander Fouad Chehab, Brigadier General Ali Makki, representing General Jean kahwaji, Commander of the army, and attended by the Director of the Centre for research and strategic studies, Brigadier General Khaled Hamada, head of the Lebanese Association for information technology, Dr. Mona Jabbour Al-Achkar, Assistant Head of section in the Directorate of intelligence provided by Ahmad Al-Haj Shehadeh, head of the information office in counter-terrorism and crimes section in the Directorate General of internal security forces Colonel Elie Bitar.
